Travis Jacobson – VP of Affiliate Marketing

Over fifteen years of experience as an affiliate program manager. I love my role as the VP of Affiliate Marketing for Liquid Web (Liquid Web, Nexcess, and StellarWP).

Affiliate Management is a passion of mine. Working with affiliates to grow an affiliate program the right way can be time-consuming with many roadblocks along the way. My consistent approach to building programs has proven effective for many large national brands.

Several years prior to joining Liquid Web, the opportunity presented itself to leave my current employer and join the Liquid Web team. The timing didn’t feel right and I am not sure why. When the opportunity presented itself again in 2021 I wasn’t going to make the same mistake I had previously made.

I am so grateful I joined the Liquid Web team. The leadership is amazing, the brands have a growth mindset, and I have been able to create an amazing affiliate team! Managing the Nexcess, Liquid Web & StellarWP affiliate programs is an exciting challenge that I look forward to tackling every day.

I will forever be grateful for the Semrush team. Such an amazing experience to work alongside some of the hardest-working colleagues I have ever had the privilege to work with. The Semrush affiliate program is a very large affiliate program, with an awesome team helping every step of the way. I followed Automattic for many years and was excited about the opportunity to join and build their affiliate program. It was amazing to see the progress the affiliate program made during my stay at Automattic. We overcame many challenges and witnessed some awesome growth while managing the affiliate program for WordPress.com, WooCommerce, and Jetpack.
WordPress is the world’s most popular publishing platform and I am grateful for the part I played in promoting its powerful products and services

ThermoWorks was unlike any company I have ever worked for. I truly loved the products, the team, and the affiliates I was able to work with. You will never find a more genuine company that employs some of the nicest people I have ever met.
Building upon the work they had already started with their affiliate program was such a rewarding project. I was able to meet some of the top BBQ Pitmasters in the industry. While being at the top of their craft, they remain some of the most humble human beings I have ever met. It was such a joy to learn from them while working with them to promote ThermoWorks’ great brand of products.
